Great news!
We have released libmowgli 0.6.0. You can get it from distfiles.atheme.org. Amongst other interesting features includes a new magazine-based heap allocator written by Jilles, which replaces the algorithm initially inherited from claro-base.
Also, we plan on releasing conspire 0.10 sometime in January.
